We are a Family Custom Jewelry Company not a large Corporation. We hand craft each piece of jewelry as it is ordered. We will make every effort to make this a good Shopping Experience, We realize we can't please everyone but we will try, Please give us the chance to make your shopping experience a good one with Magnetic Bracelets Etc. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We stand behind our Jewelry, If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to make it right!

We are not responsible if you loose your Jewelry, please be careful when wearing your Magnetic jewelry, realize, it will stick to things. If your going to be doing heavy work, wear a tennis stretchy wrist band cloth over your bracelet to help prevent losing it or wear it later after your done working. Anklets:I recommend wearing under a sock if your not at home. Magnetic Jewelry is like all jewelry, dropping it can cause damage.

Instructions are posted through out our website on How to measure your Wrist, Ankle size we need to adjust the size of your bracelet, since all jewelry is handmade, that means we have to completely re-make the item to get a new size, we charge a minimal fee for that unless we have made and shipped a size that was not on the order .Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been shipped and received we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
